CANCELLATION POLICY
Rescheduling & Cancellations: • Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled online at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. Tardiness: • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment canceled and will be charged 100% of the service cost, as we are unable to guarantee completion of the service without impacting other scheduled clients. No-Shows: • No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service price. • Any outstanding no-show balance must be paid in full before booking future appointments or receiving access to the next month’s schedule. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. By booking an appointment and submitting a deposit, clients acknowledge and agree that they waive any right to a refund or transfer of the deposit under any circumstances. All service sales are final. No refunds will be issued for services, deposits, cancellations, or missed appointments. We appreciate your understanding and respect for these policies, as they allow us to honor the time of our staff and other clients.
